Shipping, Returns, and Exchanges

Stryde is committed to delivering orders to the address provided during the purchase. If the payment is not fully processed, the shipment will not be made. The following are the policies and conditions for shipping and returns.

1. Shipping Times
Shipping times may vary depending on the customer's location and will be provided at the time of purchase. Shipping is free for purchases exceeding a specified amount on the site. For lower-value purchases, the customer will bear the shipping cost.

2. Return and Exchange Policies
Stryde allows the right of withdrawal in accordance with Law 1480 of 2011, granting the customer up to 5 business days after the product delivery to request a refund. Returned items must be in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Shipping costs for returns will be borne by the customer.

3. Warranties
Stryde garments come with a three (3) month warranty from the receipt of the product. In the case of warranty claims, the product will be inspected and, if possible, repaired or replaced with another in perfect condition.

4. Incorrect Products
If the customer receives a product with different characteristics than requested, they may request an exchange within two (2) business days of receipt. The customer must send photos of the received product and their order number to the contact email.

5. Cancellation
The customer may cancel their order as long as it has not been dispatched. If the order has already been sent, the return policies will apply, and the customer will bear the shipping cost if applicable.
